About the Company 

Our Client is an exciting and fast-growing company who boast a supportive culture and great opportunities for staff. Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an accounts officer to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential view for extension. With training and development provided, this role is a great opportunity for a motivated accounts officer to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable ASX listed company.

The Role

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of customers
• Issue invoices
• Handle email and phone queries
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Processing invoices
• Daily banking and bank reconciliations
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Support the broader finance team
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
  

• A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
• 12 months experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role would be highly desirable
• Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
