The Organisation

Our client is a leading global provider of cloud-based software and solutions for the financial and healthcare industries who operate in over 40 countries. Due to rapid growth and an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the finance team on a permanent basis. The primary focus of the role is end to end Accounts Payable with a small focus on Accounts Receivable. This role would suit an experienced Accounts Officer looking for a new challenge. 

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • End to end Accounts Payable 
  • Management of relationships with suppliers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Processing credit card account reconciliations
  • Managing cash expense claim processing
  • Setting up new accounts 
  • Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
  • Reconciling debtor accounts as well as;
  • Month end 

Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience within a similar position 
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
