Step into a career-defining role as Accounts Payable Manager, where you’ll own the end-to-end AP function and help shape the future of a growing finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this newly created position puts you at the centre of establishing a Melbourne-based payments hub with global reach.

This isn’t just another AP role — it’s your chance to take control, influence processes, and be part of exciting transformation projects, including the rollout of a cutting-edge treasury platform. You’ll start with full ownership of the function and, as the business expands, grow into a leadership role managing your own team.


What You’ll Do
  • Run weekly payment cycles, manage supplier data, and deliver accurate month-end reporting.
  • Oversee payroll, superannuation, PAYG tax, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Set up new suppliers, reconcile statements, and manage expenses.
  • Own the payables ledger close and provide insights into creditor ageing.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to building a payments hub from the ground up.
  • Support audits, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
