Position Description
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager the role will include but not be limited to:
- Daily invoice processing
- Complete payment runs
- Reconciliations of Corporate Credit Cards
- Verify and process employee/client expense claims
- Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner
- Statement reconciliations
- Handle supplier queries
- Adhoc functions as required by the wider finance team
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
