Our client is looking for a reliable accounts payable officer to join the shared service team immediately or on short notice. This role requires someone with proven experience in the Accounts Payable space. They are open to experienced as well as more junior candidates. Experience with the SAP software system will be highly regarded.

The Responsibilities
- Using SAP VIM system to process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile Supplier Statements.
- Process payments, including local and international banking system and general banking.
- Prepare our Consolidated Invoices for posting, including Accounting Journal.
- Process Staff Personal Expense reimbursements
- Prepare the weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Experience within the accounts payable space
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have proven experience with SAP
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Well organised and a self-starter
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Be available to start immediately or on short-notice
