Our client, a reputable business in healthcare, is seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team as soon as possible on a Permanent basis. Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit an accounting professional who has accounts payable experience and is looking to continue their career in a stable working environment.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Leader, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data entry of high-volume invoices
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier enquires.
- Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills.
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Coordinate the accounts payable system, including vendor details, record of payments and filing systems
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Close to public transport
- A fun, friendly and supportive culture

- Work in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience within an accounts payable role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and proactive with their work.
- Experience with D365 is advantageous but not essential.
- Be a team player.
- Hold a friendly and positive attitude.
