They are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer who will be responsible for and full ownership of the end-to-end AP function, as well as ownership of Debtor receipt and reporting function.
  
Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable (end-to-end function and full ownership)
  • Setting up of suppliers in Workday
  • Assist in setting up of purchase requisitions in Workday
  • Expense reimbursements
  • Debtor receipt and reporting – weekly aged debtor commentary and reporting.
  • Month end close – accrual, credit card, and Accounts Payable related journal entries
  • Management of Prepayments
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Intercompany Reporting and Reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required to support the team
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Good work ethic and capable multi-tasker
  • Strong attention to detail
