Our client, a reputable international business, is seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team immediately on a temporary basis. Working with this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to assist in processing invoices, reconciliations and other duties when required.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing and sorting invoices, manage internal and external queries, and perform reconciliations.
- Handle bulk stock processing, with the majority of work involving stock invoices.
- Use SAP for purchase orders and stock invoice processing.
- Work with multi-page invoices.
- Collaborate with the team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Contribute to the transition to a scanning system, including scanning old documents into the system.
- Parking available on site and office located close to public transport.
- A caring, friendly and supportive culture.
- Immediate start.
- Work for a large, international company.
- Prior experience in accounts payable, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of AP processes and reconciliations.
- Comfortable with SAP (or similar systems).
- Proactive, confident, and reliable with excellent soft skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
