Our client is a market leading organisation, that continues to grow in leaps and bounds and is seeking a like minded individual to support them in their growth phase. The Accounts Payable position will join a supportive team environment on a full-time basis in CBD City fringe in Cremorne close to public transport.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Account & Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries and concerns
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
- Preparing batch payments for weekly payments
- Reporting
- Ad hoc accounts and administrative duties
- Assisting the finance team
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; which will not be limited to:
- Has prior experience within a similar role with approximately 2 years of experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Willingness to ask questions, learn and improve
- Able to build relationships
