About the company
Our client is a market leader in their industry, they are seeking a determined Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team and hit the ground running in an exciting opportunity. This role will suit someone who likes to keep busy and is wanting their next step in their career.
  
Position Description 
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include:

• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the weekly payment run
• Set up new vendors and suppliers
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Expense reimbursements 
• Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
• Various reporting duties
• Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

• High attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running
