As part of this growth, they are looking to strengthen their finance team and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Matching purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts
- Handling reconciliation and investigating variances
- Setting up and maintaining new suppliers
- Processing accurate and timely invoices
- Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and within required timeframes
- Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Ideal candidate
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
- Ability to manage high volume of transactions efficiently
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
