Our client is a well-established global business which is looking for an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team due to growth. This is a work from home position so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Sydney.
Role Responsibilities:
- Matching, batching and coding of a high volume of freight invoices and delivery orders
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier payments and accounts.
- Assist with supplier enquiries.
- Assisting with month end closing
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position role along with the following skills and experience:
- Accounts Payable experience- ideally 2+ years
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Freight experience is advantageous
