Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team immediately on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. This role would suit an individual who is a problem solver and looking to help assist with process development. This role offers flexible working arrangements and is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join an exciting team environment.
Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include the following duties:
- Weekly payment runs
- Rebate collation
- Statement reconciliations
- Handling the AP mailbox
- Process improvement
- Additional Adhoc duties
- Supporting the broader team when required
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, along with the following attributes:
- Motivated and reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attractive hourly rate ($30.00 - $36.00 per hour + superannuation)
