Position Description / Varying Responsibilities
Your daily tasks may include the following responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices accurately on a daily basis
- Match and verify purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and process payment runs (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
- Statement reconciliations
- Manage employee expenses and corporate card reconciliation
- Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
- Support month-end tasks including reconciliations and reporting
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Additional tasks to assist the broader team

Candidate Profiles
To be considered for the varying roles, you will have prior experience in Accounts Payable environments, along with an overlapping of the following skills and attributes:
