Our client is renowned for being a market leader in their field and are presently seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent, part-time basis. They are seeking a switched-on, team player who can hit the ground running.
Position Description
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- End to end Accounts Payable
- Processing weekly payments runs which includes Fx
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Handling email inbox
- Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
- Assist with reporting duties
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
