Position Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Completing supplier payment runs
  • Setting up new suppliers and maintaining customer accounts 
  • Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier rebate administration
  • Banking duties
  • Assisting with reporting duties
  • Various administration based tasks
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable 

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable position as well as the following attributes:
  • Keen eye for detail and strong attention to detail 
  • A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
