Position Description:

Directly reporting to the Management Accountant, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
  • Timely processing of Accounts Payable invoices 
  • Manage the payables list
  • Handle all supplier queries 
  • Bank reconciliations and journal entries 
  • Set up new vendors and suppliers
  • Credit Card reconciliations 
  • Manage the monthly payroll of 8 employees
  • Manage external mail 
  • Assist with Administration duties 
  • Various reporting duties
  • Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc duties where required
  
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in an Accounts Payable Officer/Bookkeeper role and have the following:
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Experience with Accounts Payable in particular
