Position Description:
Directly reporting to the Management Accountant, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
- Timely processing of Accounts Payable invoices
- Manage the payables list
- Handle all supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Set up new vendors and suppliers
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Manage the monthly payroll of 8 employees
- Manage external mail
- Assist with Administration duties
- Various reporting duties
- Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc duties where required
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in an Accounts Payable Officer/Bookkeeper role and have the following:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good people and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Experience with Accounts Payable in particular
