- $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation, based on experience
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working within a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for:
- 50% of your week will be focused on end-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- 50% of your week will be focused on business analyst duties
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Handling queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
- Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times
- Implement and maintaining the reporting function
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Business Analyst role, along with the following attributes:
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
