Position Description: 

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working within a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for:
  • 50% of your week will be focused on end-to-end Accounts Payable processing
  • 50% of your week will be focused on business analyst duties 
  • High volume processing of invoices daily
  • Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
  • Reconciliations
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Handling queries with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting up new vendors and suppliers
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained at all times
  • Implement and maintaining the reporting function
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Business Analyst role, along with the following attributes:
  • Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
