Overview of key responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Receivable Manager and working as part of a team, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Billing processes from start to finish in adherence with company policies
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Delivering excellent customer service that meets internal and external business customer needs
  • Processing high volume reconciliations
  • Supporting the wider accounts team
  • Collections calls to follow up overdues
  • Opportunity to be involved in continuous improvement initiatives 

What our client is looking for:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a Billings, Accounts Receivable or Collections role along with the following attributes:
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively 
  • Highly beneficial to have prior industry experience in aged care, hospital or healthcare
