Our client is an Australian business that is highly successful and continues to grow. Due to this expansion, they are seeking the services of an experienced Accounts Receivable & Contract Administrator as soon as possible in a role that will be a permanent and secure role.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Setting up new contracts in a timely manner
- Capturing variations to contracts
- Set up and issue POs to contractors
- Monthly invoicing
- Liaise closely with accounts payable for the resolution of invoice queries
- Other tasks as requested by the finance team
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
- Experience completing complex invoicing
- Accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Contract administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
