The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
- Daily banking
- Reconcile statements
- Processing of trust account transactions
- Close trust bank accounts in CMS.
- Reconciliation of petty cash fund and bank accounts as required
- Provide assistance to senior account officers/ Finance Manager.
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Customer service orientated.
- At least 2 years working in a high-volume accounts/AR environment
- Experience working with another legal firm is an advantage, but not a must.
- Degree qualified, however not essential
