Our client is an ASX listed organisation experiencing incredible growth. They continue to expand and have recently won a number of key accounts. Due to this growth, an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer is available to join their team in a permanent capacity.
About The Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will take full ownership of the accounts receivable function and report through to the Finance Operations Manager.
Duties
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following duties in a full function position;
- Ensure merchants are onboarded in all systems with the required information
- Ensure merchant pricing and funding data in systems is in line with signed contracts
- Process merchant billing
- Process merchant funding
- Receipt and reconcile merchant payments (both to and from merchants)
- Respond to finance related merchant communications
- Maintain process documentation in relation to funded merchant AR and other related accounting functions
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer ideally within a medium to large sized organisation
- Netsuite experience would be viewed favourably
- Very strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail
