The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Manager, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Allocating/receipting payments
  • Billing/invoicing customers
  • Following up on outstanding accounts
  • Debtor reporting
  • Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
  • Additional finance duties to assist the team when required
  • General ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer position, along with the following attributes:
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and an ability to prioritise own work
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as collaboratively among a close knit team
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
