Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable officer on a full-time basis to work within a collaborative and supportive team for a 12 month contract. Our client is a globally recognised organisation, looking to add a like minded individual to join them in Melbourne's Northern suburb of Campbellfield.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however not limited to:
- Issuing invoices to clients
- Debt collection via phone calls & emails
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Payment processing
- Reporting
- Customer related queries
- Working with the businesses general ledger
- Ad hoc accounting duties

- Has worked within a similar role in the past
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Able to start work immediately
