An exciting opportunity within an IT Consulting company currently exists in order to fill a key role in the Finance team. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a 6 Month Contract position. The office is based in Eveleigh and offers hybrid working arrangements (2 days working from home).
Position description
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Raising scheduled and ad hoc invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure timely collection and allocation of receipts;
- Ensure a high level of quality customer service and professionalism to all staff, debtors and clients
- Complete reconciliation of billing batches to funds received;
- Process claims and investigate abnormal claims
- Monitor the accounts receivable email account daily, actioning emails as appropriate;
- Build relationships with their major accounts
- Allocating and receipting of payments
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
- High level excel skills
- Dynamics 365 Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Working from home flexibility
- Close Location to Redfern Station
