We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team on a 4-month contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring all products and services are invoiced accurately and income is receipted and reconciled within set timeframes.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, values-driven environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Receipting incoming payments.
- Generating invoices (manual and system uploads).
- Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Responding to client queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable using finance systems and CRMs
