Position Description
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Daily banking
- Daily account reconciliations
- Collections of overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Diligently handle and successfully resolve customer queries
- Set up new customers and accounts
- Supporting the wider Finance team when required
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable & resilient nature with an ability to build relationships with customers
- Desire to work collaboratively among a close knit team
- High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines
