Our Client is an exciting and fast-growing global business who promote a team environment and supportive working culture. The company had a long established reputation for excellence with close to 30 years’ experience in the market. Due to restructure and rapid growth, our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. Located in Heidelberg West with onsite parking provided, this role would suit a driven individual who is looking for their next challenge.
Position Description
Working as part of a team of 4 and reporting through to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Looking after a ledger of high value accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Handling telephone account queries
- Collection calls
- Assisting with month end
- Ad hoc billing
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager when required
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Experience managing your own debtor’s ledger
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
