An open opportunity for a conscientious Accounts Receivable Officer to join an exciting and growing industry. The role sits within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. Whilst collaborative teamwork is at the core of this position, upholding KPI’s around invoicing, collecting, posting of remittance and ad hoc duties are equally as important for one to flourish in this role. This role is initially a temporary role with a chance for permanency.
The Responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Controller leader, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staying consistent in a high volume environment
- Efficient debt collection
- Approaching any issues both internal and external with a strong customer service focus and positive attitude
- Providing input, and implementing new billings strategies
- Monitoring and improving company processes
- Monthly reporting as required
- Other finance administration duties
