A leading national organisation within the aged care space is looking to expand their team. They are looking for candidates with experience with allocations, reconciliations and receipting.
- Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
- Bank, allocate and receipt of payments
- High Level Reconciliations of customer accounts, credit card payments and bank statements
- Contribute to various sections of the billings process as required
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Some credit & collection follow ups
- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable roles
- Previous experience with large ERP system and Intermediate excel skills.
- Have experience in a high volume, transactional environment would be ideal
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal / external stakeholders
