About the company

They are looking for a talented and motivated individual to immediately join their team in Melbourne’s Western suburbs.
Duties
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Debt collection via phone and email
- Provide assistant to the finance team
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have previous proven end to end accounts receivable experience, as well as the following attributes:
- Strong numeracy, reconciliation and negotiation skills
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
