Position Description
Due to an increase in workload and an exciting period of transformation, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team immediately, for a minimum 6 months, with longer term permanent views. 

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

• Managing a portfolio of customers
• Daily account reconciliations 
• Allocate and receipt payments 
• Ad hoc invoicing
• Follow up of overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
• Handle disputes and queries with both internal and external customers
• Provide high level customer service for customers

Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar end to end Accounts Receivable Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Personable & resilient nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
• A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
