Reporting to the Financial Controller, no twos will be the same with plenty of variety. Your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Allocation of payments
- Process and rectify invoicing
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies
- Account reconciliations
- Reporting
- Handle disputes and queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Following up with outstanding debtors
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team with ad hoc duties
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer position
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Forward-thinking, proactive mindset
