Position Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Timely allocation and receipting of customer payments
• Follow up on all unpaid accounts on a regular and timely basis
• Set up and create new customers accounts
• Account reconciliations
• Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
• Invoicing duties
• Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement
• Reporting duties as required

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• End to end Accounts Receivable experience in a similar role
• First class communication, from both a verbal and written perspective
• High level interpersonal and time management skills, with a passionate attitude
• A positive up beat nature and ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to hit the ground running with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to confidently work autonomously, and in a team environment
