About The Company
Headquartered in Tullamarine, this organisation has a long-established reputation for excellence and integrity, and are continuing to expand on a national scale! An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a team-based environment immediately with a view to be made permanent.
About The Role
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following duties in a full function position;
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Allocating/receipting payments
- Billing/invoicing customers
- Following up on outstanding accounts
- Debtor reporting
- Ad hoc tasks as required assigned by your Manager
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Very strong communication skills
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
- Experience using a large ERP (eg. SAP) is advantageous
