The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business on a international scale. Due to movements within the finance team; our client is now seeking an immediately available Accounts Receivable candidate to join their supportive team within Melbourne's Northern suburb of Glenroy.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however not limited to:
- Issue and generating invoices
- Collection calls and emails
- Working with the debtor's ledger
- Allocation and Receipting of payments
- Credit applications
- Assisting in other ad hoc accounts duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; however not limited to:
- Has worked within a similar accounts receivable officer role within the past
- Able to work within a team environment
- Is able to commence work immediately
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
