Our client, are a market leader within their industry, the opportunity has opened for a highly driven and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their dynamic team on an permanent full time basis.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer is a critical member of our Team, reporting into the Financial Accountant.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Responsible for the full function Accounts Receivable
- Management of Major Accounts
- Month-end reporting
- Monthly reconciliations
- Banking and allocations, daily
- Responsible for a mixed ledger
- Collections
- Ad hoc duties as required to assist the broader team
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:
- Impeccable customer service and phone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- An ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be highly organized, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Relevant solar industry experience preferred but not essential
- Previous SAP and Retail / FMCG experience will be highly regarded
- Intermediate level excel and word skills - vlookups and pivot tables ideally
- Regular team building and training activities
