Our client is a market leading organisation based in Melbourne's Western suburbs based in Sunshine north, who is seeking an immediately available accounts receivable officer to join their supportive & collaborative team.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however not limited to:
- Daily banking
- Collection of payments
- Allocation and Receipting of payments
- Statement and Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with credit applications
- Ad hoc accounting duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not limited to:
- Has previous accounts receivable experience obtained in prior roles
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Is able to commence work immediately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has a high attention to detail
