Position Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Autonomously managing the debtors ledger
  • Daily bank reconciliations 
  • Allocate and receipt payments 
  • Daily banking 
  • Processing and checking all new credit applications
  • Collections of overdue / outstanding payments - via phone and email
  • Handle disputes and queries with both internal and external customers
  • Reporting duties
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
  • High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
  • The ability to confidently work autonomously and in a close knit finance team 
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
