Position Description
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base, with variety in your role. You will have a strong desire to ensure all accounts receivable functions are completed effectively and efficiently to a high standard. Your duties will include the following:
- Managing the national debtors ledger
- Daily reconciliations
- Timely allocations and receipting of payments
- Processing and checking all new credit applications and setting credit limits
- Follow up overdues with customers via phone call and email
- Develop relationships and handle queries with both internal and external customers
- Assist with end of month duties
- Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the team
