Our client is long-standing Australian business who is searching for a hands-on Accounts Receivable/ Invoicing Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties
Reporting directly into the Financial Operations Manager and working in a medium sized team, your daily tasks will include;
- Play a lead role in establishing the business requirements, vendor selection and implementation of any new invoicing system
- Manage and deliver all aspects of invoicing and billings
- Ensure all invoicing is accurate, complete, undertaken in a timely manner
- Process improvement and processing documentation
- Prepare and refer all credit and debit notes to the Revenue Operations Manager for approval and issue as required
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Perform end of month duties
- Experience completing complex invoicing
- Advanced accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Contract administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
