The Client
Our client is an outstanding ASX listed professional services organisation based in the Parramatta area, however offering work from home flexibility (2 days per week). Currently undergoing a period of rapid growth, this business is going from strength to strength and adding headcount to the Accounts Receivable team.

Position description
You will be report into the Accounts Receivable Manager and help assist a team of 5. Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Act as the central focal point for the Customer in all account and
    administrative and credit matters.
  • Work with branches to provide Customer requirements and best solutions to enable payment.
  • Perform Customer account maintenance activities such as reconciling
    unmatched items, preparing refunds, and updating Customer records.
  • Check Reimbursement procedure is followed with necessary documents, Receipts/Invoices, approvals from Branch Regional Managers.
  • Help client understanding their accounts and answer their accounts
    related queries.
  • Review the listing of direct credit payments, collect remittance details, and submit to the banking function.
  • Make outbound Customer collection calls / activity (verbal, non-verbal)
  • Monitor and track KPIs and make suggestions to enhance and improve
    ledger performance.
  • Worked with specific funders on the collection of client specific debt.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks. 
Skills and Experience
  • Strong Excel Experience (specifically with reconciliations)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Full working rights with no restrictions
