About the Role:
An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a dynamic and highly successful team for a company in the services industry. The role will be focusing on implementing and driving team KPI's, reducing the DSO and provide guidance and leadership to a team of two. This is also a good opportunity for anyone who may be in a senior AR/Credit position, and is looking to take a step up.

Further Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the banking function.
  • Process bank reconciliations.
  • Manage customer enquiries and escalate as needed.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes.
  • Implement continuous improvements to the AR function.
  • Month end and year end reporting.
  • Help train, lead and motivate team
The Successful Applicant will have:
  • Well experienced in end to end Accounts Receivable processing.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent team leadership skills. 
  • High preference for a degree in Accounting, or studying toward CPA/CA
