Our client is currently undergoing a finance transformation, including the rollout of a ERP platform, the creation of a shared services function and the standardisation of finance processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Recievable and Collections Manager to join the business and play a key role in leading the Order-to-Cash function while supporting the broader finance transformation program.
About the role:
- Lead the AR team and oversee invoicing, credit control, collections, disputes, and cash allocation
- Drive standardised AR processes, improved debtor performance, and working capital management
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and strengthen financial governance
- Support ongoing finance transformation initiatives, including shared services development and process improvement
- Experienced in leading AR/Collections functions in complex environments
- Proven success in improving AR processes, debtor performance, and working capital
- A collaborative leadership style and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to lead teams through change and transformation
- Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
