About the Role
You’ll be supporting a large internal project focused on digitising hard-copy records, alongside providing general administration and reception relief. Key responsibilities include:
- Scanning and digitising physical files
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Filing, document control, and basic admin support
- Providing relief support to reception and the wider admin team as required
This role would suit a junior candidate or someone looking to start or grow their administration/corporate career, or an experienced temp who enjoys structured project work.
You’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence using systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- 3-6 month temp contract
