We’re seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join a supportive and fast-paced team for a 6-month temporary assignment. Based in the CBD, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in being the go-to support for day-to-day office operations. You’ll be handling a mix of administrative tasks, assisting with internal coordination, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for general enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Prepare and format reports, correspondence, and documents
- Provide general admin support to various departments as required
- Coordinate office supplies and support internal processes
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning new systems
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- 6-month full-time temp opportunity with immediate start
