Are you an organised and proactive admin professional with experience within public practice accounting firm? We’re seeking a sharp and reliable Front Office & Administration Assistant to join a respected mid-tier accounting firm on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension and permanency. 
This opportunity offers the chance to support a high-performing Business Services team and manage reception duties in a corporate environment that values precision, initiative, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly and efficient face of the office — greeting clients and managing reception
  • Provide hands-on admin support to the Business Services team, including:
    • Drafting ATO correspondence and engagement letters
    • Preparing forms, reports, e-collations, and scanning/file management
    • Assisting with client information collection and tax paperwork
  • Handle kitchen, stationery, mail, and office supplies
  • Assist with fee preparation and timesheet input
  • Support the Corporate Secretarial team with ASIC lodgements, solvency declarations, and database updates
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a public practice accounting firm (essential)
  • Working knowledge of MYOB AE, ATO MATE, Microsoft Office, and ideally Xero
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and professional approach
  • Certificate in Office Administration is a plus, but not essential
