What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly and efficient face of the office — greeting clients and managing reception
- Provide hands-on admin support to the Business Services team, including:
- Drafting ATO correspondence and engagement letters
- Preparing forms, reports, e-collations, and scanning/file management
- Assisting with client information collection and tax paperwork
- Handle kitchen, stationery, mail, and office supplies
- Assist with fee preparation and timesheet input
- Support the Corporate Secretarial team with ASIC lodgements, solvency declarations, and database updates
- Minimum 1 year experience in a public practice accounting firm (essential)
- Working knowledge of MYOB AE, ATO MATE, Microsoft Office, and ideally Xero
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and professional approach
- Certificate in Office Administration is a plus, but not essential
- A confident communicator who enjoys being the go-to person
- Process-driven, with a knack for keeping things organised and running smoothly
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Happy to pitch in where needed and keen to learn
