As a Customer Services Representative, you’ll join a dynamic team within a global trading company. Your focus will be on supporting key customer and supplier accounts while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing contract data through SAP. You'll also be a key link between traders, customers, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer and supplier orders in SAP
- Capture and record deal cost details
- Process contract authorisations and generate confirmations
- Coordinate vessel bookings and organise cargo surveys
- Maintain accurate shipping and delivery timelines
- Provide updates on order status to customers and suppliers
- Ensure timely receipt of shipping documents and process goods receipts
- Issue tax invoices and conduct customer credit checks
- Prepare weekly Just-In-Time (JIT) reports
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, customer support or client services
- Experience in international trade, logistics or supply chain highly regarded
- SAP experience is a bonus
