Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support for funeral arrangements
- Data entry and coordination of the funeral arrangement book
- Supporting meetings with families
- Reception desk coverage as required
- Liaising closely with arrangers, and internal teams
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are required
- Ability to read Chinese (simplified or traditional) is required
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable working in an environment involving deceased and grieving families
- Willingness to support a close-knit, long-tenured team
- Retail or customer service in multicultural environments
- Sales or service-based roles
- Aged care, community services, or hospitality
- Candidates from cultures where discussing death may be sensitive (support and training provided)
- 39-hour working week
- Typical hours: 8:42am – 5:00pm (some flexibility)
