Our client is currently seeking an upbeat, motivated and experienced Administrator to provide support to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, as well as the wider Sales team.
The ideal individual will have excellent planning and organisation skills with a high attention to detail.
You will be articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion and used to a demanding environment.
This role is located in Cheltenham and working alongside a friendly, supportive and collaborative team.
This is a temporary, immediate start vacancy that could go permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Meeting clients and visitors
- Email Management
- Providing admin support to the sales team
- Creating and processing sales orders and invoices
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry, printing, filing, and scanning etc
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Ad hoc administrative duties as necessary
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support/reception role
- Ability to work within a high volume, busy team environment
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the service, building and/or construction industry is highly beneficial but not essential
- This role requires full-time, in-office attendance (5 days per week)
